Single drop-ins are $25 per class.

Monthly memberships start at $120 per month and will vary based on your selected commitment plan.

Monthly memberships include unlimited classes to all Level Up interval classes and Ebb N Flo Muay Thai classes.

Youth classes are also $25 single drop-ins. Monthly membership is $70 per month.

We also offer family plan memberships. Please contact the Level Up Membership Specialist for more information.

Space is limited for each class. We are unable to accommodate over our capacity due to limited facility space.

You may sign up on our wait list and will be notified should a spot opens up.

Your first class is complimentary. Loaner gear is available for first-time use if you do not have your own gear.

We have a limited stock of gear including boxing gloves, shin guards, and hand wraps that can be purchased at the gym.

Loaner gear is available for new students up to three weeks after their first class.

We offer two types of classes - bag work and Muay Thai.

Bag work classes are great for those new to martial arts. It is a no-contact class that focuses on building Muay Thai foundations like stance, foot work, balance, and basic technique on the heavy bag. It also builds your strength and endurance for this style of training. This is not a regular cardio bag work class. We will provide technique and concepts with every drill and exercise, which allows you to build your understanding and fight IQ.

Muay Thai classes are your traditional style classes. Most time will be semi-contact partner drills working on specific techniques and concepts. We highly encourage new students to start with the bag work class before taking a Muay Thai class.

Contact us to schedule your free trial class. Arrive to the gym 10 minutes early to sign forms and warm up. Loaner gear is available for first-time use. Bring water and a sweat towel. Wear comfortable athletic clothes. No shoes required as we train barefoot.

Our youth program is for kids ages 6 years old and up. Students aged 14 and up may join the adult class based on skill level.

Our current kids class is on Sundays at 9:30 am. We will be adding additional weekday afternoon classes this Summer beginning June 9th, 2025. Monday and Tuesday at 3:30 pm All kids classes are 45 minutes.

Youth students who can demonstrate proficiency in fundamental Muay Thai techniques and understanding may be eligible to join the adult class based on skill level.
