Our instructors will guide you through specific techniques and drills to help you build your foundation in Muay Thai. Classes are typically semi-contact partner drills that focus on basic fundamentals or more advanced technical concepts and strategies.

We recommend participants to have some level of experience before attending a Muay Thai class. Our bag work class is perfect for those with little to no experience.

Our bag work strength and conditioning class is a high-intensity workout that focuses on progressive combinations on the heavy bag. You will complete multiple rounds on the bag to build your Muay Thai foundation not only in striking but also your stance, rhythm, defense, and footwork. Strength and conditioning drills include mobility, plyometric, and isometric exercises to improve your athleticism for Muay Thai.

YOUTH MUAY THAI
For ages 6 years old and up
Sunday 9:30 - 10:30 am
In our Youth Muay Thai class, children learn the art of Muay Thai while building discipline, respect, integrity, and teamwork. Classes are semi-contact and include various training methods such as bag work, pad work, partner drills, and team building games. We believe that the best self defense is self confidence. We emphasize the importance of our student conduct and hope to lead by example for our next generation.
