• 50 lbs and under: 4 - 6 oz

• 50 - 60 lbs: 8 - 10 oz

• 60 - 100 lbs: 10 - 12 oz

• 100 - 130 lbs: 12 - 14 oz

• 130 - 150 lbs:  14 - 16 oz

• 150 lbs and up: 16 - 18 oz
